Located at 410 Jarvis Street on the National Ballet School Campus, near the Betty Oliphant Theatre. Current tenants include; the Canadian Alliance of Dance Artists, East Chapter (CADA/East), and, The Dance Current magazine and KasheDance. Dance Umbrella of Ontario’s office spaces are equipped with many office amenities. DUO offers short and long-term rentals.

Free Rehearsal Space for DUO Clients & CADA/East Members

Launched as a pilot project in September 2014, Dance Umbrella of Ontario clients and CADA/East (formerly known as CADA-ON) professional and emerging artist members now have access to free evening studio space at Canada’s National Ballet School, 400 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario. Between the hours of 8:00PM to 10:00 PM, Monday – Friday, clients and members can book rehearsals through the joint agreement made between the National Ballet School, the Dance Umbrella of Ontario, and CADA East.

Lease a desk at Dance Umbrella of Ontario for your team or private use in the shared office space with other arts-friendly tenants!
Once you have a full tour of the space (with masks on and physically distanced) and all the documents are signed and complete, you will get your own key & fob for full access to the space 24/7!
