Your budget is where all tours begin - there is almost nothing more important. Until you have budgeted your production and set all your costs, you cannot begin to negotiate fees, or look for alternate funding sources. Attempting to negotiate a presentation fee without knowledge of your costs is the easiest way to lose money on a tour.
